How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Please allow up to 72hrs for processing and 3-7 business days for shipping for all KJ Cosmetics orders.
What if my package is missing?
If the carrier has deemed that your order has been delivered to the address on file, but you have not received it please check your respective leasing office and/or front desk if possible. If your parcel is still not found please contact us via email at kjcosmeticscompany@gmail.com for further instructions on how to file a missing package claim.
Please note that when you place an order with KJ Cosmetics Co., you agree to follow the proper protocol in the event of a missing package case.
I entered an incorrect address. What do I do?
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all Suite/Apt/Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed in ‘Address Line 2’ and proofread the correct shipping address before finalizing your order. If the recommendations above are not properly acknowledged and executed by the customer, he/she assumes all risk of not receiving his/her order.
If you realize you have input the wrong address, please email us at kjcosmeticscompany@gmail.com and we will make the necessary corrections if your order is still processing.
Once the order has been shipped we will not be responsible for the wrong address. No refunds or exchanges will be granted. The customer will be responsible for placing a new order to receive his or her products as well as the return shipping cost and additional delivery costs.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes we do! KJ Cosmetics Co. Is not responsible for any additional custom fees, duties or taxes that are charged by your country. All delivery times and dates are an estimate; therefore shipping and delivery times could be longer depending on the custom processing times of your country. Also bear in mind that shipping can be delayed due to Covid-19.
Do you offer Local Delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery to the following Zip Codes ONLY:
- 29588 (Socastee/Surfside)
- 29579 (Carolina Forest)
- 29577 (Myrtle Beach)
- 29576 (Murrells Inlet)
- 29526 (Conway)
If you selected "Local Delivery" at checkout please ensure your address is correct and provide a working cell number. Deliveries are done on Saturdays between 12pm and 4pm or upon availability on weekdays.
Do you offer refunds?
** No refunds, or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving the wrong product. **
We have a 24hr refund policy, which means you have 24hrs after receiving your incorrect item to request a refund. If you receive your order and it contains the wrong or missing item please contact us immediately via email at kjcosmeticscompany@gmail.com. In your email please include the following:
- Recipient's name
- Order number
- A screenshot of your order summary.
- Photo upload as a source of proof that the wrong item was received.
We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your claim. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Do you accept returns?
At this time because of the personal nature of the items sold, returns are NOT accepted
What if my order is damaged?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Can I exchange my order?
