Shipping policy

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Please allow up to 72hrs for processing and 3-7 business days for shipping for all KJ Cosmetics orders. 

What if my package is missing?

If the carrier has deemed that your order has been delivered to the address on file, but you have not received it please check your respective leasing office and/or front desk if possible. If your parcel is still not found please contact us via email at kjcosmeticscompany@gmail.com for further instructions on how to file a missing package claim.

I entered and incorrect address. What do I do?

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all Suite/Apt/Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed in ‘Address Line 2’ and proofread the correct shipping address before finalizing your order. If the recommendations above are not properly acknowledged and executed by the customer, he/she assumes all risk of not receiving his/her order.

If you realize you have input the wrong address, please email us at kjcosmeticscompany@gmail.com and we will make the necessary corrections if your order is still processing.  Once the order has been shipped we will not be responsible for the wrong address.

No refunds or exchanges will be granted. The customer will be responsible for placing a new order to receive his or her products as well as the return shipping cost and additional delivery costs. 

Do you ship outside the United States? 

Yes we do!  KJ Cosmetics Co. are not responsible for any additional taxes or duties that are charged by your country. Due to different customs processing times of your country, we cannot provide you with an exact timeframe for delivery.
