Refund policy
No refunds or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving the wrong or damaged product.
Customers have 24hrs after receiving an incorrect item to request a refund and we must receive the item within 14 days of delivery. If you receive your order and it contains the wrong or missing item please contact us immediately via of of the 2 methods below:
1. Using this link through your customer account to initiate your refund: Request a Return
OR
2. Email us at kjcosmeticscompany@gmail.com. In your email please include the following:
- Recipient's name
- Order number
- A screenshot of your order summary.
- Photo upload as a source of proof that the wrong item was received.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
At this time because of the personal nature of the items sold, exchanges are not accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your claim. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
